pink sun birthday

I made this card for my niece who had her golden birthday this July. I stamped in cotton candy ink onto cotton candy paper. The sun was stamped in honey ink and mounted to the card front. the 7 sticker is a fuzzy sticker from american crafts. She loved it and immediately took the sticker off :)

you brighten my day!

I just received a stamp order from a new company, Avery Elle, and I am in love!! Fast shipping, clean and simple stamp designs and adorable packaging. Totally looking forward to future releases from AE!! Here is the first card I created with my new stamps. I should also mention that they included two samples of their 100% card stock and I used it to make this card. I like the way the paper absorbed the ink and will likely add their paper to my next stamp order! On to the card....

 I used CTMH Cranberry, Ocean and Honey Ink pads. The circle stamp image with the border was stamped, punched out using my 1.5" circle punch and mounted to the front of the card.

Is anybody still out here? I can't seem to find time for blogging time this summer, its been fun and busy so far...as a matter of fact, I haven't even taken pictures of all of the cards that I've given out the last few months.

This card I created using universal backgrounds in grey wool. Then I stamped the hello sentiment in black and added an adhesive pearl. The flower is stamped in cranberry and mounted onto the card front.
