As a card maker I love having cards on hand when I need to use them. However, rarely do I use one that I have on hand because I always think I need to customize and make it specific for the recipient. This means I have stacks and stacks of cards laying around that I need to get into my Etsy shop.  I made this card (and a few others) for my stamp club but I also thought it would be perfect to give to a friend for her birthday.  

I inked up the edges of the book page with a sponge, added a birthday sentiment and then popped up a flower decorated with some stickles.

I also just realized that the month is almost over and we're only 3 weeks away from Daylight Savings!! Where does the time go?
