color chef challenge #43

Color Chef Challenge #43
dark green
light green
cream or
white

Happy Monday and welcome to another Color Chef Challenge!!

I couldn't resist using some green this week in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Plus, I needed a card for a friend whom plays the harp and won a very important grant to study in Ireland- how cool is that???? I made this card to send to her.

The patterned paper is some leftover stuff that I once used for my sisters wedding shower invitations. I love it. It looks like it is full of texture, when in reality it is just ink!

I pulled out a set of stamps that used to be my fave and somehow got pushed to the back of my stamp storage container.
I stamped and mounted them, finishing them off with a pear brad in each center.

Card Recipe:

Stamps- Aspiration- CTMH, Congratulations- Penny Black
ink- olive and garden green- CTMH
paper- cream, olive- CTMH, patterned paper- from my paper stash
other- pearl brads- Hobby Lobby, EK Success Apron Lace Punch

I hope you have time to play along and link your card below! In case you hadn't noticed, or if you have any questions, I added a page that includes the rules of the color chef challenge for you to refer to.

Can't wait to see what you can create!!!
