first card of the year

I'm holed up in the stamp room today trying to stay warm. It's a cold one out there today...

I am playing with a new stamp set that my DH suggested I buy yesterday. We were in Hobby Lobby returning something, and my some holiday miracle I was able to get him to check out the stamp area with me. I audibly gasped when I saw 50% off of stamps and he said "why don't you get a couple- they're 50% off. UHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMM O-KAY!!!!!
I actually only walked away with 1 stamp set but I'm having fun playing with it.

I created the background image with one of the stamps for the first time I made in 2010.

Here's my cardI kept it pretty simple. I had some making memories puffy stickers stashed away and I thought they'd work perfect for this card.
